The proposed project consists of two separate components. The first is a 14-story hotel/condominium project. The second is a 14-story office/retail/condo project. Both components are hereafter referred to as the "proposed project". The proposed project sites are within about 200 yards of each other on separate parcels located in the "Central City" area of the City of Salinas.
