Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-LAN-16449-R5), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the Project Applicant, Grand Hills Development LLC, as represented by Qianhan Chen. The Project is to develop 48 single-family custom residential lots on the 80-acre Project site, with the extension of Alamo Heights Drive into the site, construction of an internal private roadway system including Street "A" and Street "B" and the extension of public (water, wastewater, drainage, electric, gas, cable and telephone) into the site. This Project will permanently impact 4.20 acres of streams at the Project site consisting of coast live oak riparian forest, southern California walnut woodland, arroyo willow thickets (Salix spp.), and cattail marshes (Typha latifolia).
