Document Description
A Zone Variance to permit a contractor's office and yard with retail sales of building materials in the [Q]C2-IVL zone with hours of operation from 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday and 7:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday. The operation of the business includes the open storage of building materials and racks to 10-feet with material to a maximum height of 12-feet. The contractor's office will occupy approximately 1,000 square-feet of floor area in a currently existing building. The 56,000 square-foot project site area is located on a 77,190 square-foot lot. Seven parking spaces will be provided for the retail portion of the proposal.
