Document Description
The project is a proposed B.A.P.S. Temple and Cultural Center, a Hindu socio-religious facility. The project proposes approximately 122,978 square feet of buiilding area on a 20.31 acre site. It would consist of seven buildings, with anciliary parking, plazas and landscaping. The porposed Temple would hgave five spires, three reaching 70 feet in height and two reaching 50 feet in height. The applicant would construct Fairfield Ranch Road as part of the proposed Temple and Cultural center project. The road would serve the project as well as a future business park development that may occur on the adjacent properties.
