A Vesting Tentative Tract, Zone Change from RE11-1 to C1-1, and a Conditional Use Permit to allow a 19-unit detached condominium project to be built on a 1.28 acre, corner lot. The Conditional Use Permit would allow a multiple-family residential use on a commercially zoned lot and allow deviation from Commercial Corner Development limits both on hours of operation and the percent of transparent windows on exterior walls. Forty-seven total parking spaces will be provided (2 spaces per unit plus 9 guest spaces). The total project size 34,200 square-feet. The proposed unit heights are 2-stories, 30-feet.
