The applicant, Target Corporation, proposes to develop a 146,500 square foot Target Store on a 10-acre site on Kingsdale Avenue, in Redondo Beach. The project consists of demolishing the existing Levitz Furniture building and constructing a 123,200 square foot Target Store with a 10,000 square foot stockroom, including an additional 8,600 square foot warehouse, and a 4,692 square foot vestibule. The project will provide at-grade parking beneath the store surface parking. The project also includes landscaping of the site.
