The proposed project consists of a Master Plan that identifies facilities neede to accommodate the existing student population, as well as a 2,000 student increase in student enrollment to 20,000 students at an existing community college. Proposed facilities include new building construction and renovation/remodel of existing buildings to provide expanded academic, administrative and support buildings, parking structures/lots and physical education facilities. The Master Plan has a horizon year of 2015.
