Document Description
The proposed Master Plan consists of the construction of the following over the next 10 to 15 years: student services complex, science buildings, digital arts/sculpture building, physical education facilities, child development center, performing arts center, maintenance facility, circulation improvements and parking facilities. In addition, renovation and expansion of existing buildings are proposed, including but not limited to the student services complex, administration and classroom facilities, science buildings, communication/fine arts complex and physical education facilities. This proposed Master Plan would increase space on campus by approximately 100,000 assignable square feet (asf) to a total of approximately 382,500 asf to accommodate up to 20,000 students.
