The project is a minor subdivision of 37.5 acres into four residential lots and a remainder parcel ranging in size from 4.36 to 15.14 acres gross. The proposed development will potentially result in 5 new single-family residences that will be accessed by one private road. Road improvements plus the fire clearing adjacent to the road will cover an additional 1.43 acres of land. On-site sewage disposal systems are proposed for the five residential lots. The project proposes 22.6 acres of open space for the protection of biological resources, cultural resources, and sleep slopes.
