Conditional Use Permit (CUP) 03-03 is an application by Rothbart Development Corp. to construct a 342,062 square foot regional shopping center including the construction of a 214,030 square foot retail store, four smaller major retailers, two drive-through restaurants and two retail pads. Also included within the CUP application is a request for a determination of public convenience or necessity for a Type 21 license for the sale of alcoholic beverages. Tentative Parcel Map (TPM) 27019 proposes to subdivide the 34.92-acre site into 11 parcels.
