Document Description
The proposed project would involve the construction of a new headworks facility at OCSD's Treatment Plant No. 2 in Huntingon Beach. The proposed project would consist of fifteen different structures including a new odor control equipment and associated piping. The existing headworks, sludge drying beds, two underground storage tanks, and a truck washing facility would be demolished to make room for the new buildings. Construction activities will take place entirely within the developed portion of the treatment plant.
