Document Description
The Old Aremenian Town Project is a phased mixed-use development to be implemented through a master plan, which includes construction of the 5th District Courthouse, by the State of California. The project proposes development (in two phases), of office uses, retail uses, and an Armenian Cultural Center. The project would also include a 50 space on-site parking lot, with an additional six-story, 700 space parking structure.
