Document Description
Tentative Parcel Map 02-03 proposes to subdivide a 167-acre site, located in the northwest section of the City of Poway with access from Olympic Point and Augusta Court located within an existing large lot single-family subdivision, into four lots. Due to the steep slopes associated with the site, many in excess of 45 percent, and in conjunction with City development guidelines, the property will yield only 4 single-family parcels. The proposed project would create three 4-acre parcels and one 13-acre parcel with the remaining acreage will be placed in open space. The open space will be preserved through open space easements granted to the City of Poway. Habitat removal and grading will be limited to two acres per parcel. All utilities are immediately available from the adjacent development.
