Document Description
The proposed action consists of a request to amend the Local Coastal Plan (LCP) to expand the community of Avila Beach's Urban Services Line (USL) to include the project site. The project site is located east of the community of Avila Beach and the recently removed Unocal Tank Farm and west of and adjacent to the City of Pismo Beach (City). The site is accessed by Cave Landing Road, which runs through the project site in an east-west direction. The site consists of an approximate 135-acre parcel made up of five existing parcels. Four parcels would be developed as residential lots with the fifth lot to remain as open space.
