The applicants are requesting entitlements to allow the construction of a 32 residential condominium project on property currently used for various forms of residential and industrial uses at the southeast corner of Earl Street and Spencer Street. A Tentative Tract Map is requested for condominium purposes, a Variance to allow a tandem parking arrangement for the third required parking space and a Waiver to allow the reduction in the setback distance between buildings. The Zone industrial uses, to allow for future residential development on those properties.
