The proposed project consists of a Master Plan that identifies facilities need to accommodate an 8,000 student increase in student enrollment to 15,000 students at an existing community college. Proposed facilities include new building construction and renovation/remodel of existing buildings to provide expanded academic and administrative buildings, parking lots and physical education facilities. The Master Plan as a horizon year of 2015.
