Document Description
Provide for the expansion and development of the Upland Basin in order to allow for retention of 850 acre-feet of storm water, plus 200 acre-feet for groundwater recharge, thus ultimately retaining a total of 1,050 acre-feet of water. The request consists of removing approximately 2.5 million cubic yards of excavated material from the site. Approximately 700,000 cubic yards are to be exported to an existing pit located along the southwest corner of Monte Vista Avenue and Arrow Route.
