Document Description
Site Development Permit (SDP No. 8794) to conduct a geologic investigation for the proposed North County Transit District (NCTD) Sorrento-Miramar Curve Realignment and Second Main Track. The field explorations would include an excavation of the test pits and seven large-diameter bucket auger-borings within approximately 0.393 acre of land in environmentally sensitive lands, including the City of San Diego Multi-Habitat Planning Area, and open space. The 12 sites would be isolated on vegetated slopes on private and public (City) property within Soledad Canyon. The project is located along Nancy Ridge Drive, between Carroll Canyon Road and the existing NCTD main railroad track line, within the Mira Mesa community planning area.
