The project is an application by AT&T Wireless Services for a modification of an existing cellular facility (ZAP 95-003). ZAP 95-003 authorized construction of a cellular antenna facility consisting of one wooden pole with a support arm at a height under 40-feet above grade, together with three omni-directional whip antennas mounted on the support arm, totaling 48 1/2 feet above grade, and a three-foot by six-foot equipment utility box and connecting underground PVC conduits.
