Document Description
The Palmdale Water District is proposing the development of the Water Conservation Garden Park to serve as an environmental education facility for the residents of the City of Palmdale and the surrounding communities in the Antelope Valley. The District would provide for approximately 5.65 acres of land for the project. The project site is proposed to include structures such as garden and exhibit spaces, buildings (bookstore with offices and gift shop, public restrooms, maintenance building), streetscaping, a small outdoor amphitheater (150-200 seats) for exhibits and education, and a children's garden. The garden would provide pathways for nature walks and a garden gazebo for weddings.
