Document Description
Repair/rehabilitate Residence #17 located at Columbia State Historic Park to preserve integrity of historic landscape and permit staff occupation. Repaint exterior/interior of structure; repair/rebuild east deck; repair and front porch; repair and repaint front porch; repair and refinish front door; replace carpeting and/or refinish wood flooring; and replace a broken windowpane. Trim overgrown landscaping and cut down one dead tree and excessive ailanthus. Apply topical herbicide (trade name "Garlon") to feshly cut tree stumps as necessary to prevent regrowth. All work to structure will be performed in kind.
