Repair deteriorated sections of drainpipe located in Tennis Court area at Hearst San Simeon State Historic Monument. Remove and replace failing sections of pipe and adjacent concrete in kind as necessary; install two new draincleanouts to assist in maintenance of drainage system. Remove one citrus tree to facilitate repairs; replace tree in kind once work is completed. Project protects cultural resources and supports continued use and maintenance.
