Repair and upgrade approximately 4500 square feet of a dilapidated service road connecting North Terrace to main perimeter road in Hearst San Simeon State Historic Monument. Excavate and remove failing road material, then pour and roll new road base and asphalt concrete surface. Repair of road is necessary to ensure pedestrian and vehicular access to North Terrace, Roman Pool, and Tennis Court areas within unit. Project protects public safety and access and supports infrastructure improvements.
