Document Description
Convert 35 existing recreational vehicle campsites located in upper loop of San Simeon Campground at San Simeon State Park to tent campsites exclusively. Conversion of campsites will provide visitors wiht a more natural camping exerience and reduce negative impacts to park resources associated with vehicular traffic. Grade and fill campsites as necessary; install one new retaining wall and bicycle rack; and plant additional native vegetation throughout area. Eliminate approximately two existing campsites to facilitate proper amount of space for conversion.
