Document Description
Swain Mountain is a snowmobile staging area in the winter. The proposed project will remove broken asphalt from the parking lot, which will then be repaved and expanded to accommodate recreational vehicles (RV's) and vehicles pulling 4-place trailers. Parking stalls will be lengthened and a wider turning radius has been designated. Parking will be provided for 20 vehicles, the current capacity at this site.
