Document Description
Pursuant to Port of San Francisco emergency order dated April 14, 2003, the Project is the required demolition of a portion of Wharf J-10 substructure and the entire Wharf J-10 building on top of the substructure due to the serious and imminent hazard posed by its deteriorated condition and the potential that circumstances beyond the Port's control could overstress the remaining compromised structural members and cause failure of one or more building bays. This project is necessary to protect public health and safety of people working and recreating in the vicinity.
