Install a new 66/12.47kV substation transformer in the existing substation enclosure, adjacent to a Southern California Edison substation transformer, construct a new distribution switchgear house (approximately 50 feet long by 30 feet wide by 12 feet tall), immediately adjacent to the southeast corner of the 66kV substation and install two new distribution circuits.
