The Mountain View Well Site No. 5 is intended to replace Mountain View Well No. 2, which was destroyed due to contaminants. Mountain View Well Site No. 5 was drilled (just 20 feet away from Mountain View Well Site No. 2 and on the same parcel of land) to a deeper depth in the aquifer to avoid the contaminants found in the upper water producing zones. Mountain View Well Site No. 5 is a domestic drinking water well.
