Variance to San Bernardino County Fire Department from hazardous waste permit and manifest requirements of Health and Safety Code sections 25201 and 25160. The variance authorizes San Bernardino County Fire Department to collect and to transport CESQG waste using a registered transporter. The collected wastes will be delivered under manifest or bill of lading, as appropriate means for CESQGs to dispose of hazardous waste.
