Document Description
This project proposes a modification to a previously approved minor use permit for an unmanned wireless telecommunication transmitting facility. The modification consists of replacing the approved 40-foot high antenna monopine, with a 40-foot high monopole disguised as a broadleaf tree (mono-broadleaf). Also modified will be the type of live trees to be planted around the equipment. Two 22-foot live Tristania Conferta trees will be planted near the equipment enclosure and monopole as well as four, six-foot Eucalyptus Lehmanni trees and Ficus Ripens Climbing Fig trees. The antennas and all of the support equipment will be within a 12 x 30 square-foot lease area, which will be enclosed by an 8-foot split face wall with a lattice cover.
