Document Description
The department proposes to utilize this right of way for the permanent disposal for material generated from normal maintenance and storm drainage repair activities. The quantity of material to be disposed is approximately 50,000 - 60,000 cubic yards. This material will be placed along the existing road fill, and may extend to the edge of state right of way on the south side of the highway. All work will comply with the Statewide Storm Water Management Plan.
