Document Description
Project consists of the demolition of an ADA non-compliant, wood-framed, structurally unsound restroom, with a 30% larger accessible Series 250 Comfort Station at the same location, which will require site clearing, grubbing, and grading up to a maximum depth of 30", minimum grading to provide for adequate drainage and ADA compliant walkways/parking area, and trenching up to 100 feet for utility lines. Sufficient expansion area exists to accommodate new footprint without disturbance of native vegetation and significant change of topography.
