Document Description
Paint two separate exterior signs on historic Casa Gutierrez at Monterey State Historic Park to identify the Thomas Kinkade Museum housed within the structure. Paint signs will be above the front door and on the side of the entrance gate wall (adjacent to Pacific Street). Paint roof gutters and downspouts will blend with building exterior. All work is reversible and will not impact historic fabric or integrity of structure. Project supports ongoing concessionaire activities.
