Document Description
Project consists of mold and moisture abatement at three employee residences in Topanga State Park and Will Rogers State Historic Park. This project includes removal of fungal contamination, repair and replacement of rain gutters and rotted walls, retile of damaged areas, repair of plumbing leaks, and regrading of drainage away from structures. The Topanga residence will also have a gas heating system installed, including duct work, and exhaust fan installation.
