The project is a transfer of ownership of interests in land to 1) preserve open space and existing natural conditions, 2) protect fish and wildlife including preservation of fish and wildife habitat, 3) establish a park where the land is in a natural condition and the management plan for the park has not been prepared; the trail planning would involve only planning studies and feasibility analyses.
