Document Description
Qualitative upgrade to the Nevada City Wastewater Treatment Plant to obtain a higher quality of treated water discharge from the plant to Deer Creek in response to the cease and desist order number R5-2002-0050, of the California Regional Water Control Board, and the accompanying modified waste discharge requirements. The project will not change the licensed design capacity of the alterations to the existing site, building, and mechanical facilities without any disturbance outside the existing developed area of the wastewater treatment plant.
