The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0250-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code, to the project Applicant, Dave Jordan. The project is limited to enlarging the north and south dams on Upper Bohn Reservoir to increase the reservoir's storage capacity by 1,000 acre feet, extending and modifying the flood protection sill wall, and extending the outflow pipes below each dam. Permittee will continue to operate the north and south dams, which were constructed in 1965.
