Present Land Use
UC Davis Medical Center Long Range Development Plan Administrative and Parking Zone
Document Description
The proposed project is the designation of land acquired by the University of California following to the adoption of the 1989 Long Range Development Plan for the Davis Medical Center Campus. The proposed project would designate 11.4 acres as Administrative and Parking Zone Prior to acquisition; the site included the Sacramento County School District Skills Center, which was not historically part of the State Fairgrounds. The amendment would allow for the expansion of Parking Lot 14 by constructing 305 permanent parking spaces and approximately 500 temporary construction parking spaces.
