Document Description
The UC Davis Medical Center proposes to construct an extension of existing Lot 14 on a portion of an approximately 11.6-acre site owned by the University in Sacramento, California. The project site is within UCDMC on the south side of 2nd Avenue between Stockton Boulevard and south of 45th Street. The Lot 14 expansion from approximately 201 to 436 spaces would provide replacement parking for permanent spaces removed elsewhere at the UCDMC as a result of UCDMC construction projects. The contractor lot is intended to consolidate contractor parking and would have approximately 534 parking spaces for contractors working on UCDMC construction projects. An approximately 60,000 square foot contractors' equipment and materials laydown area would also be included south of the contractor parking area.
