The City of Lathrop is proposing a bike bridge to be constructed across the San Joaquin River. The proposed bike bridge will provide a safe and reliable crossing for pedestrians and cyclists over the San Joaquin River in accordance with the City of Lathrop Bicycle Transportation Plan (1995) and the City of Lathrop Capital Improvement Project.
