Document Description
The proposed project is the construction of the Ranch View Terrace project, consisting of faculty and staff housing, on the UCSC campus. The proposed Ranch View Terrace site is located on Inclusion Area D in the southern portion of the campus, on land designated "Inclusion Area" in the campus Long Range Development Plan. The project will provide a total of 95 residential units (21 rental units and 74 for sale units) on 5.2 acres of land located in the northern portion of Inclusion Area D.
