Document Description
The proposed project will remove accumulated sediment from the culvert outlet and drainage channel of a drainage, sometimes referred to as Little Baldwin Creek. The minimum amount of sediment necessary to clear the headwall and culvert and reestablish flow, will be removed. The proposed project is needed to restore unimpeded flow through the existing culvert and drainage in order to prevent damage to the highway facility.
