The proposed project would include removal of the existing modular multi-use building, parts of the hardcourt, turf and other play areas in the southeast corner of the campus, chainlink fence, several trees in planters, shrubbery, and two trees located southeast of the current basketball courts. These activities would be followed by construction of a new, larger multi-use building, and additional parking lot, reconfiguration of the play areas and minor landscaping.
