Document Description
The proposed project is the construction of the Emergency Response Center (ERC) and ERC Equipment Storage Building on the UCSC campus. The proposed ERC site is located in the corporation yard in the southern portion of the campus, on land designated "Campus and Community Support" in the campus Long Range Development Plan. The proposed ERC Equipment Storage Building site is located south of the Arboretum in the southern portion of the campus, on land designated "Site-Specific Research" in the campus Long Range Development Plan. The project will provide a total of approximately 17,250 outside gross square feet (ogsf), 11,200 assignable square feet (asf), of space to house the Emergency Operations Center, the Dispatch Center, the Police Department, and emergency equipment storage.
