Generally bounded by Coleman Avenue and the extension of Washington Street on the north, 4th Street through 7th Street on the east, I-280 on the south and White Street and Stockton Avenue on the west. Proposal provides a long-range conceptual program for revitalizing the Downtown by allowing high density infill development and replacement of underutilized uses, and expanding the Greater Downtown Core Area and land use intensities to the west and north into areas that are presently undeveloped and underutilized.
