The San Jose Greater Downtown Strategy Environmental Impact Report will evaluate the impacts of development envisioned by the previously prepared Strategy Plan 2000. The proposed project may include up to 8 to 10 million square feet of office space, 8-10,000 residential dwelling units, 900,000 to 1.2 million square feet of retail space, and 2,000-2,500 guest rooms of hotel space.
