Document Description
The description has not changed from that described in the original EIR. The project includes the construction of approximately 340,000 square feet of commercial retail uses. The primary user will be Wal-Mart which will occupy approximately 227,000 square feet of floor area, including approximately 70,000 square feet of grocery sales. The remainder of the project will consist of several buildings of varying sizes which will be occupied by such retail uses as a pharmacy , financial services/bank, professional/business services, and other retail sales and services.
