Document Description
The proposed project involves the development of approximately 46 acres located at Kettleman Lane (SR 12) and Lower Sacramento Road in west Lodi. Of the total site acreage, approximately 35 acres will be devoted to retail shopping center, 6 acres will be occupied by a stormwater detention basin in the southwest corner of the site, and the remaining 5 acres will be dedicated for public street right-of-way. Since the project is consistent with the current General Plan and zoning designations for the site, the discretionary City actions requested for the project consist of conditional use permit and tentative map approval.
