The entire Project site is currently being operated as a public school. The project is an on-sale addition with rearrangement of existing portable classrooms, addition of new classrooms and a gymnasium, and upgrading of recreational facilities. Existing zoning and general plan designations support school uses on the site.
Document Description
The project would expand the Rocklin Elementary School in order to replace and expand the number of portable classrooms, upgrade recreational facilities, and add new classrooms and a gymnasium. Additional components of the Project include realignment of parking areas, addition of new parking and a new bus drop-off area, and new landscaping. The Project consists of two separate components: 1) New Construction, and 3) Operation of the facilities.
