This application is for a 2-lot subdivision of a 169 gross acre parcel. The subject property is zoned Hillsides. The applicant proposes to split the subject property into one 44-acre lot parcel (Parcel 1), and one 125-acre lot parcel (Parcel 2) in order to allow one approximately 4,800 square foot single-family residence to be built on each of newly created lots (Parcel 1 & 2).
